  Made the order (of which they got wrong) and when I was handed my drink without a straw, I asked for one, instead of just handing me one the arrogent girl tells me someone is handing me my food. Yet still no food and no straw. Not only bitches but rude. I guess this is wjere Kentucky gets their white trash from. I pay you. Not the other way around.

  Terrible customer service!!!!! After being asked to park while they prepared my food, I was left sitting there for approximately 15 min. I went back through and asked for it and the girl told me that she thought I had left. Why would I leave when I had paid for my food?? She rudely just handed me my food, no apology, no thank-you, nothing!!! I decided to check my single to make sure there was no cheese on it, (they had given me cheese the last two times when I plainly said no cheese and I hadn't noticed until I got home) sure enough there was cheese!!! I ended up being there 43 minutes!!! That's ridiculous!! I didn't go back for about 6 weeks (normally I went every day & sometimes twice). I went back tonight and guess what? My order was wrong again!!! So much for second chances.. I am finished with Wendy's!!!!!
